Account Settings

At the top right of the screen, tap the language icon to select your preferred language, or tap your user icon to update user account and app settings.

Tap Home to navigate to the home page no matter where you are in FeedComp.

IMPORTANT: This feature is only available when you’re using this device for feeding. If you change your mind about using a device for feeding, log out of the app and select Yes or No when asked if the device will be used for feeding.
  1. Select the Equipment to connect.
  2. Tap Connect to Scale and select the scale to connect. After a scale is connected to your mobile device, the Bluetooth icon displays at the top left of each screen in the FeedComp App.

IMPORTANT: This feature is only available when you’re not using this device for feeding. If you change your mind about using a device for feeding, log out of the app and select Yes or No when asked if the device will be used for feeding.

The current dairy selected is displayed in Dairy Name. If you are not using this device for feeding, you can tap Switch Dairy to switch to another dairy, and then tap Save at the bottom of the screen.

View Units to see the unit of measurement used by your device. To change the unit of measurement system to the Imperial System or Metric System, you must update your account settings directly in PULSE:

  • Select Imperial System to display units in Pounds, Gallons, Fahrenheit, and Ounces.
  • Select Metric System to display units in Kilograms, Liters, Celsius, and Milligrams.

Tap Log out of Profile at the bottom of the screen to log your user profile out of this device. The next person who opens FeedComp on this device will be prompted to sign in with their user profile.

When the mobile app has an active WiFi or data connection, you can tap Refresh to manually refresh your FeedComp data. If you go outside of data range, the app will continue to work in offline mode. Once you are back in data range, you can refresh your data and view the latest updates.

NOTE: While FeedComp allows you to continue working in offline mode, some features in FeedComp require you to be online to see data.

Tap Sign-Out of Device at the bottom of the screen to log your user profile out of this device. The next person who opens FeedComp on this device will be prompted to sign in with their user profile.

TIP: You can also use this feature to choose whether you want to use this device for feeding. After you sign out, you will be asked if you're using this device for feeding during your next login. See Logging in to the FeedComp App to learn more.
